Indonesian citizen, born in Banyuwangi in 1966. He studied at UTHM, Malaysia, and earned his PhD. in 2014. He has had a career as Academic Staff at Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia from 2004 to 2017. Furthermore, in 2021 until now he has served as Director at PT Smart PLN. Currently he has served as the Company's President Commissioner since 2023 until now.

Achmad Alwi, SH.
– COMMISSIONER

Indonesian citizen, 67 years old, born in Kota Agung in 1956. He studied at Sriwijaya University from 1977 to 1986 and obtained a Bachelor of Law degree. He has had a career as Commissioner at PT Energi Hidro Investama from 2019 until now . Furthermore, in 2022 until now he has served as Commissioner at PT Aspal Polimer Emulsindo. Currently he has served as Commissioner of the Company since 2019 until now.

Ramdani Eka Saputra, SE, SH, MM, MH
– INDEPENDENT COMMISSIONER

Indonesian citizen, 57 years old, born in Tarakan in 1966. He studied at UPN Veteran University Jakarta, Indonesia from 2016 to 2018 and obtained a Master of Law (Buss). He has had a career as a Director at PT Citra Persada Infrastructure from 2018 to 2019. Then from 2019 until now he served as a Partner at the Saraswati Saputra Fellowship. Currently he has served as Commissioner of the Company since June 2023 until now.
